- CAMERA READY ART REQUIREMENTS: Camera Ready Art must be crisp and clean black and white copy printed at a minimum of 600 dpi. Photo-copies, faxes, business cards, letterheads, and all non-vector art from the internet, etc. may not be considered camera ready. Laser prints are best at actual size or larger. For multicolor artwork, black and white, color separated artwork with registration marks are needed. A color composite should also be included. Any art that requires "touch-up" or color separating will be billed at $60 (V) per hour.
- DIGITAL ARTWORK: We have a Macintosh based system; however, we are able to open and produce art from a PC platform provided the following guidelines are observed. Electronic artwork may be submitted on CD or by email. Artwork needs to be vector line art with all type converted to outlines, curves or paths. Do not embed placed images. Adobe Acrobat PDF files are to be used for reading and viewing only, and should not be used for artwork. If your file is an EPS, then simply send the EPS file as an attachment and do not save it in Acrobat.

- PREFERRED FILE FORMAT:
Adobe Illustrator (.ai, .eps) - Include all linked files and convert fonts to outlines.
Adobe Photoshop (.psd, .eps) - These formats should be 350 dpi or higher and at actual size to insure quality. We reserve the right to determine what is, or is not, acceptable. Scanned images in TIFF format require a minimum resolution of 600 dpi in line art mode.
Macintosh files should be compressed with Stuffit. If you are using a PC, you can usually submit your native files in the suggested formats above without compression and we are able to open and produce your artwork.
