• PRODUCTION TIME: Begins upon approval of credit, proof or any clarification. Normal production time is 10-15 working days. **3-Day service is available on 5 items. Mark order 3-Day Service. Order is subject to availability of product and color based on a 5 day work week (not including holidays). Any incomplete order will delay production. Production time does not include the day order is received. You must have an established account, or completed in every detail, camera-ready artwork or straight line copy in one color. Catalog quantities, subject to inventory availability.

• METHOD OF SHIPMENT: At manufacturer's choice unless specified on order. Charges are added to invoice. Shipments are FOB Surgoinsville, TN. A $4.00-$12.00 handling charge will be added to each shipment. Air shipments must be specified in writing. Air shipments are charged by dim weights not by actual box weight. Call for more information. We are not responsible for the delay of any freight carrier.


• FREIGHT CHARGES/SHIPPING WEIGHTS: Weights specified in catalog are approximate and are used to estimate freight charges. Air shipments are subject to dimensional regulations by individual carriers.


• SPLIT SHIPMENTS: $25 (V) for each additional shipment. All ship dates must be included with original purchase order with latest ship date no more than 90 days from the original ship date.


• DROP SHIPMENTS: $8 (V) for each destination after the first. FULL CASE QUANTITIES ONLY.


• SPECIAL PACKAGING: Available in specific quantities for some products. Call for information.


• SHRINK-WRAPPING: Available for some products. Call for information.

  Any order placed with or received by Alladin Plastics, including but not limited to orders placed via catalog, online, phone or mail, shall be deemed effective acceptance of these terms.
  
  Please take note that the factory does comply with all Federal regulations concerning chemical contents. The State of California requires significantly stricter standards be met.
  
  To ensure compliance with Proposition 65, products entering the State of California must include a product warning label which will be supplied by Alladin Plastics.

• CATALOG PHOTOGRAPHY & COLOR USE IN CATALOG: Due to photography lighting, the color of items in this catalog may appear different than the actual item. This is especially true for translucent items. We strongly recommend that you request a sample to see exact color.
